Uroš Tašev is born in Veles in 1983. Since 2005 he has worked actively as a translator and interpreter for the language combinations from Macedonian into English and Italian, and vice versa. He graduated from the Department of Finance at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy, and he earned his specialization in the field of finance at the University of Wales, in Bangor, Wales. At the moment, he is a student of the second cycle studies at the Faculty of Economics of Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, in the study program Accounting and Auditing.

Since 2017, he holds the position of CFO at Setek Sѐ od Tehnika DOOEL Skopje. At the same time, he works as a freelance consultant for finance, corporate finance and accounting. Previously, he held the position of CFO at Žito Vardar JSC Veles and at Tristo Winery SMLLC Veles for 10 years. Mr. Uroš Tašev is a licensed accountant and licensed court expert witness qualified in the area of accounting and finance. Translation and interpretation are very significant and creative parts of his life, and he is absolutely dedicated to them. Most of his translation and interpretation work is in the fields of finance, accounting, management, negotiations, economy and law.

The translator and interpreter Uroš Tašev is an associate member of the Macedonian Translators Association. He participated in the Second, the Third and the Fourth International Translators Conference.

He is constantly improving his knowledge and experience, participating in various events, workshops, specializations, conferences, and other professional activities.

The translator Uroš Tašev has been participating as a translator and interpreter on many projects in the field of IPARD, the projects for corporate governance of the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and many other similar ventures.
